  • INITIAL CONSULTATION: FREE

An initial consultation involves a detailed chat (45 minutes) about your health and dieting history, assessment of current dietary habits, and lifestyle/performance goals. This information is used to create an individualised nutrition plan and macro targets, should you decide to sign up for nutrition coaching.

  • ONGOING CONSULTATIONS

Ongoing consultations provides us the opportunity to monitor progress periodically, make adjustments to the plan where required and continue working towards your goals. Ongoing consultation options include: 

  1. Single nutrition consult: $70

We usually do not encourage one-off consults as it usually takes multiple sessions to see progress and results. However, it is available if you need one. The consult can offer strategies & 1-day meal plans based on your goals.

2. Weekly/Fortnightly 6 week commitment: $60/week

There is a minimum 6 session commitment. This is an ongoing nutrition coaching package in which you receive weekly or fortnightly check-ins, feedback, & meal guidance.

3. Weekly/Fortnightly 12 week commitment: $55/week

There is a minimum commitment of 12 sessions. This package is suitable to anyone seeking long-term guidance & support.
